Both large enough to hold my Pentax K5, several objectives (4 or 5), a flash and a small light box, not to mention a lot of accessories (cleaning, filters, spare batteries...) It is very comfortable. I have big back problems and a problem shoulder that I can no longer bear the tote, even a modest one (a case + 2-3 cos). I support without problem this bag. The padding on the back is very well. The straps are comfortable, with a trick for the link on the front which you can adjust the height position. The waist strap is a little high given the modest size of the bag (and my 1m87) : more on the belly than on the hips. But it works, and relieves the shoulders. A small regret : I would have liked the padding on the shoulder straps descend a little lower.
